Quality Policy

Quality is the first and most important safeguard for the benefit of the customer: quality processes guarantee full compliance with requirements, less rework, fewer delays, more efficiency and therefore, more satisfaction and less hidden costs for the customer.

Many people brag about working in quality, but very few actually do it and can prove it with the demanding ISO 13485:2012certification, for the production of medical devices, in addition – of course – to ISO 9001:2015.

GIMA is structured to maintain the fundamentals of this approach for all of its products in order to ensure standards of excellence for all of the customers.

In particular, our process requires periodic monitoring of customer satisfaction, by special tests, questionnaires or interviews, with the aim of obtaining objective evaluations and establishing a continuous improvement of our service.

Security Policy

The safety and well-being of our staff is our priority.
Gima and Corel comply with the regulations of Law n. 81/08 for safety in the workplace.
